He later served as a prosecutor at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, handling high-profile racketeering, securities fraud, and public corruption cases. His leadership continued as Chief Counsel and Legal Division Director of the Arizona Corporation Commission, where he advised elected officials on statewide public utility matters and spearheaded pivotal regulatory policies. In the private sector, Andy served as General Counsel for a family office overseeing national legal affairs across diverse industries.
